Meet our Principal

Leigh Daniels

I am excited to be the new interim principal at Brookfield Elementary for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year. I have been in the field of education for over two decades as a teacher, vice principal, and interim principal, working with students ranging from prekindergarten to adults. Prior to working as a teacher, I worked for the Legislative Counsel Bureau as a Senior Legal, focusing on the Education Code, Family Code, and Penal Code. This experience, and having others in my family who are in the field of education, inspired me to want to become an advocate for all children and their families.

I am looking forward to supporting the Brookfield Community and the staff to ensure that each child has the best possible educational experience. Thank you for your support and partnership!
