School Site Council (SSC)
The School Site Council works collaboratively to review student achievement efforts and recommends ideas for parent education. Additionally, we are trying to offer a variety of workshops, seminars, and ESL classes for our parents and community, including SBAC workshops, language classes, and nutrition courses. In the 2024-2025 school year we have embarked on starting a Family Action Team. This team is a family-run collaborative team with the teaching staff of Brookfield. Our work will be to support the SBAC goals of the school and to provide a space to build skills and support families to be active and engaged in the Brookfield community.
Please contact the Community School Manager, Glorimar Robles, at (510) 879-2103 or visit the school at 401 Jones Avenue to learn how you can support your child’s education.
